Scott Morris serves as the Operating Broker at Elyse Harney Real Estate, bringing strategic leadership and operational expertise to the company. Gabby became a valuable addition to the Elyse Harney Real Estate team in 2018, her enthusiasm and sparkle at her previous job catching our eye as a perfect fit for our busy office. Her energy and drive quickly helped her master supporting our nearly 30 agents and 5 offices with essential behind-the-scenes work. She's become an integral part of the team, facing every challenge with a "can-do" attitude and vast knowledge. What truly sets Gabby apart is her contagious smile and charismatic wit, which uplift the entire office even during the busiest seasons. Gabby's ability to balance professionalism with personality makes her an invaluable asset to Elyse Harney Real Estate, embodying the positive spirit that drives our success.

Crystal has been a dedicated member of Elyse Harney Real Estate since 2015, supporting nearly 30 agents across 5 offices with her skilled management of website listings and the MLS systems. She expertly oversees the many systems that keep real estate operations running smoothly, making complex tasks look easy. Crystal is recognized as a true asset to the team, with a warm smile and can-do attitude that make her a joy to work with. A lifelong Dutchess County resident, Crystal purchased her first home through Elyse Harney Real Estate in 2017 and recently celebrated her marriage in September 2023. She enjoys both living and working in the Millerton and Salisbury area, where she feels deeply connected to the community. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son, and sweet pup Gunnar. She loves camping, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on her son at his basketball games as he enters his senior year, set to graduate in 2026. Crystal truly loves her job and the community she serves.

Lindsey was born in Sharon and has lived in various towns of NWCT all her life. In 2013, she married her high school sweetheart and purchased their 1st home with Elyse Harney Real Estate. After over a decade of retail management, she left her career in 2021 to be a stay-at-home mom, help her two daughters transition into school, and complete her family with the addition of her son a year later. Having an education in social work and family studies, she continues her passion for helping others in both her professional and personal life. Lindsey is excited to start the next chapter of her career and expand her knowledge in the real estate business with such a well-known and well-established organization.

Celia attended the University of Iowa and worked in the film industry in Los Angeles (living in Malibu) and New York in a variety of positions. When asked which she likes better Malibu or Norfolk Ct–she says "Norfolk" hands down. She has been involved in Real Estate with her husband Thomas for over 40 years. Being involved includes buying and selling Real Estate along with the restoration of historic homes. She is familiar with virtually all aspect of real estate. She lives and works in Norfolk with her husband of 47 years, having children and grandchildren nearby always makes life an adventure.
