She owns an 1806 Georgian farm that is also the home of Hillrock Estate Distillery, producer of award-winning field-to-glass artisanal whiskey. The distillery grows its grain naturally, and traditionally floor malts and handcrafts fine whiskies in small batches, all on the estate. With an unparalleled resume in real estate as decorated as the distillery, Cathy seamlessly blends together both of her professional passions. She has achieved over $4.5 billion of luxury sales to date. In Manhattan, Cathy lives in a historical landmark 1886 townhouse on the Upper Eastside with her husband Jeffrey Baker, sons Otto and Alex (both attended Trinity, Hotchkiss, and Harvard) and William (who attended Trinity, Hotchkiss, and Wharton), and an Australian Shepherd named Shadow. Cathy is a graduate of Wellesley College. Cathy and her family enjoy hiking, skiing, tennis, and shooting at Mashomack Preserve Club.
