June is Pride Month and we will kick it off this weekend with the Hudson Valley Pride March & Festival.  New Paltz, NY will be decorated with extravagance as our community joins together to continue the pathway of New Paltz mayor, Jason West, whose role in holding controversial gay weddings in 2004 paved way for couples across the nation who have since been able to openly rejoice in same-sex marriage.

Join the Pride March on Sunday, June 2nd at 1pm and enjoy live music a village-wide festival of events to celebrate the LGBTQ community. Or Friday, May 31st, ring in the month of June at the Pride Dance Party & Drag Show at the New Paltz LGBTQ Community Center.
