Maple sap is nature’s gift in return for patience throughout the coldest months of the year. Its watery composition is rich in minerals and said to naturally revitalize the body in the same way that its influx of nutrients awakens a tree from winter dormancy.
40 gallons of maple sap will yield 1 gallon of syrup. Planning, Harvesting and Enjoying the sap that runs freely throughout our region is a quintessential pastime that embraces our community’s love of hands-on engagement.
Visit local sugar shacks throughout the region, including Maplefest at Sharon Audubon on March 19th and 20th!
